The printer fleet management tool should also automate:
  • service requests in the event of a device alert
  • toner requests
  • maintenance reminders
  • device retirements
  • replacements
and provide:
  • scheduled reports
  • printer yield comparisons.
The managed services should not add to the human resource burden.
